Compiles in NinjaScript Editor, but not in Strategy Builder

Hello, this is my first post. I Thank and Praise the Lord Jesus Christ for this forum because I am not a coder. I have included the indicator mentioned in the title. It will compile just fine in the NinjaScript Editor, but when I go to compile it in the Strategy builder after putting in the criteria to meet for a buy or sell it comes back with the error window that says: "Could not compile NinjaScript". Any thoughts??

The indicator code appears fine.

Click View Code, then check for a compile error at the bottom of the NinjaScript Editor.

If you see an error message, please copy and paste the error message into your next post.

Do you have a strategy named ATRTrailingStop?

If so, you will need to delete it or rename it.

Yes Chelsea I do have a strategy by that name. How do I rename it?

In the NinjaScript Editor right-click the strategy name, select Rename.

Hello Chelsea, it won't let me rename it in the NinjaScript editor. It says I need to manage it from the Strategy Builder. One problem though. Because there is a Ninjascript error the Strategy Builder will not open because it tell me it must be in an compilable state. How do I proceed?

Hello Mr.Emini,

In the NinjaScript Editor temporarily exclude the QuickScalp strategy causing the compile errors.
(right-click the strategy, select Exclude from compiliation)
Then compile.
In the Strategy Builder make a copy of the ATRTrailingStop strategy with a new unique name.
Remove the original.
Then re-include the QuickScalp strategy in compiliation.

Moving forward, all of your scripts must have a new unique name.
