No unrealized/realized PnL for strategy with Rithmic

When I test my strategy on my Rithmic account, it doesn't show Unrealized or Realized PnL. I have to check accounts tab to see.
This only happens when I attach my strategy to a Rithmic account.
    What could cause this?

    Hello iantriestrading,

Is this a strategy that you created? Is it using ATM orders at all?

      Hi Jesse,

Yes, custom developed strategy, using unmanaged approach. It works fine on Tradovate accounts and Sim101.
It also is working fine now on my Rithmic account. To be honest I have so much trouble with Rithmic. I've spent the last few weeks trying to compensate for various Rithmic related issues. I've implemented my order update related things in OnExecutionUpdate as per your best practices documentation for Rithmic/Interactive Brokers.
For all I know, next time I enable the strategy on Rithmic, it will stop showing PnL on strategy tab again.

I just wanted to know if something in my strategy code can cause it to fail to show Unrealized/Realized PnL in strategy tab. I had always thought that was something internal to NT which I couldn't break

Update: it happened again. My strategy opened and closed a trade. There is no position open on the account now.
However, in Strategy tab, it shows Position: 1L and Sync: False

Any typical gotchas to cause this? The Position/MarketPosition is out of sync with the account. Can I clear that from inside my strategy?

          Hello iantriestrading,

With rithmic it is possible to see strategies become out of sync with the account depending on the events that rithmic sends however it would not be expected for the strategy to stay out of sync. Are there specific actions you are doing that cause the position to fall out of sync and then later it does not resync?

            Hi Jesse,
I am not sure what actions I could be doing which would cause the strategy to become out of sync with the account. I don't have control over the Position/MarketPosition, right? So I am not sure how I could cause this. All I know is that my strategy opens a position, and when SL or PT being filled, the position is closed, and there's no longer an open position on the Account, yet Strategy still shows 1L for example..

              Hello iantriestrading,

I am not aware of what the strategy is doing so I wouldn't be able to say if the actions are a cause, are there specific actions for orders which cause that to happen or does that happen with all orders the script produces? The market position is controlled by the events that the broker provides however rithmic does not provide a specific sequence of events so it is possible for position events to be seen late from that connection.
