Cannot Delete Error Message

I've been getting the attached message when working with the Strategy Builder. The problem is you can't delete the message and freezes the program. I have to hard boot the program using the Task Manager. It happens randomly - I was just writing simple code and when I click "OK", this message comes up. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Are you trying to draw a GannFann object in your Strategy Builder script?

Also check the NinjaScript Editor for any compile errors. Right-click within the Editor > Compile, any compile errors will be listed at the bottom of the screen when the compilation finishes.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
