Accessing Trading Hours Template for my Instrument?

Hi there, I'm confused as to how to access the trading hours for the instrument I'm trading. Say I'm trading the ES. Two questions. According to the help page

"Each index value will represent a new defined session for the Trading Hours template. For example, accessing Bars.TradingHours.Sessions[0] would provide you with information for the first trading session configured in the Trading Hours template:"

Would that mean that index 0 represents the first listing defined, index 1 represents the second listing defined, as so on? (see image)


Second question: How do I determine which template applies to an instrument? If I'm trading the ES, how would I determine it's categorization?

You can access the trading hours using the TradingHours property.

Sessions refers specifically to the sessions configured within a single template.

The trading hours template is defined in the Data Series window.
