change the label associated with the execution marker?

Hello,

I am aware that the executions markers "are handled in a section of code that is not exposed"

But can we change the label associated with the executions marker? For instance, from the automatically generated "BuyToCover" to the custom "SL is hit" ?
A solution involving the unmanaged approach will do for me as well. Thanks.
