breakout strategy a little complicated for me. help!!!

I am totally knew at programming but everyday i am getting more familiar with the strategy builder
. the reason why i am here, is i am looking for help. So i am looking for a solution that will solve this issue. Here it is: On a 1minute chart, I want the strategy to enter short or long based on a candlestick bar number .( let me explain what i am looking for. On a period of six hours from 9;30 to 15;30 which is the trade session i want the strategy to enter trades every hour of the session on the bar that follow the 3 minute bar and its multiple Like for exemple (9:33,9:36,9:39…etc...So 9:34,9:37,9:40 is the bar that will let me know to go long or short.) . How do I tell the wizard to implement this? Because it need a reference type of a data and i am not sure on how and where to do that .Thanks in advance to all of you

chart use =1 minute
calculate= on price change
time session= 9:30 to 15:30
trade entry( multiple of 3= minute 3-6-9-12…etc… of every hours)
