'Callback' error...can't compile

I'm building a strategy and have knocked out most of the errors I've built along the way. I'm at my wit's end trying to get past this one though. I have made this as close to the example in the guide as I could and I'm still getting this error. Please help.

Double-check the syntax on AtmStrategyCreate(), you are missing the orderId argument.
