Swing indicator is lower than the previous swing

Good morning, is there any way to determine in Strategy Builer if the Swing indicator is lower than the previous swing?
(My purpose is to be able to determine that there are major pivots and minor pivots, if you know another way to do it I am grateful to any suggestion).

Unfortunately, this would not be possible in the Strategy Builder and would require coding by hand.
