Entry on Bar close with buttons to enable/disable strategy

Hi,

I am trying to create a strategy that enters long on the close of an up bar or short on the close of a down bar, but I need to it be modifiable in the moment. i.e. a button that can be clicked to enable the strategy for a particular bar when I see it fit. Is this something that exists within Ninja Trader 8 already? Is this even possible withing the strategy builder? Thank you for the help!
