Strategy Analyzer offline?

Is it possible to run strategy analyzer offline without being connected to a broker? I ask, as when I disconnect from my broker (Rithmic) I don't seem to be able to run the analyzer. The reason I want to do this is because for some reason it keeps dropping the rihmic connection halfway through running a backtest or optimization and I have to re-run it.

Yes, you can backtest without being connected. Please note that if you are not connected to a data provider at the time you start the backtest, it will backtest with whatever data you have available in your database.
