Why is Strategy Analyzer template stored to strategy folder

Hi, I have gone back n forth between saving a strategy template and Strategy analyzer template only to find they are stored in the same folder and can be loaded and/or saved from either program (analyzer or Strategy ) But I loose information when doing so. This make sense as the Strategy analyzer has to have more information in its template. Could you explain why the strategy analyzer template is not stored to the Strategy analyzer folder ? Is there something wrong with my installation or is this normal / expected ?

This is normal and expected, but I'll need to research why this folder exists.

ChelseaB the real issue is that the templates are not compatible. A Strategy analyzer template while having some of the Strategy info has More information. If you use the same names you can write over analyzer info with the strategy template because they are in the same directory. Either your program needs to somehow discriminate as to which template it is or they have to go in different folders.
