Strategy Builder - Stop and target desapear when disconected

I am setting the stops and targets in the stop and target page of the strategy builder, they work well, however, when I have a position opened and the laptop is suspended or there is an internet issue and Ninjatrader is disconnected, I get connected again and the position is still opened but the stop and target orders disappear. Is there a way to keep the target and stop orders even when Ninjatrader is closed?

NinjaTrader is not meant to be used with PCs that use hibernation or sleep modes, you would need to avoid using those features so NinjaTrader can stay active and connected while your strategy is running. When you get disconnected that will disable the strategy and prevent it from knowing about any of the orders that it had placed, if the orders do not get cancelled they will remain on the exchange but will not be able to be managed by the strategy. Depending on the event that occured the strategy may be cancelling the orders due to it being disabled or disconnected. We would need more specific details about the log entries that you see related to those orders to know why they were cancelled.
