ABSTRACT: Exiting Positions with an active Stop Loss?

    Hello,
Im looking for an abstract answer.
    How come i can:
    Close an EnterLong(signal) with ExitLong(signal),
    BUT
Once i call SetStop and then EnterLong(signal) with ExitLong(signal) i now cant Market close and cancel stop autmatically?
What do i have to do?

** I have a work around for this due to my system, but i noticed it and think it might help novices that are trying to do some intermediate level order management**

    Hello NUVERSA,

I would suggest adding prints into the exit condition in that use case to make sure it is being called and also use TraceOrders. the order handling rules which ignore orders to prevent unwanted positions do not apply to market exit orders. If you call ExitLong while in a position that has a stoploss active the stoploss would be canceled when the position it targets is closed.
