I am using this method to remove / add inputs visually.

However there seems to be an issue when running strategy analyzer that it does not reload so the options are added / removed.
is this an issue or a feature that is left out, if it is a feature please add my vote to it and update on status.

if is an issue what is the status of getting it solved.

based on other posts there are some comments.
The hiding works as long as the property which toggles is not an optimization property

Using type converters in the strategy analyzer can in some ways be limited because the analyzer does load properties in a different way so they can be manipulated into optimization properties.

The [NinjaScriptProperty] attribute is what marks a property optimizable.
