Conflicting info about hardware utilization

I noticed when backtesting strategies windows shows cpu being utilized, however the dashboard shows that it's not. Which makes more sense as you'd think with the cpu being at full capacity you'd hear the cooling kick on, but it's almost like it's running at idle.

Why would it show false information?

This would be a question that you need to ask the dashboard software creator about and how it compares to task manager. Through our support we can only suggest using built in windows tools like the task manager, we would have no details on how that other software works.

That's the interesting part. The cpu and cooling system don't act like it's under any load. It's almost as if task manager is reporting false information.
