Heiken Ashi Strategy Builder Question
Hello - In Strategy Builder, how would I create a formula that identifies each time a Heiken Ashi candle has a flat bottom? In other words it does not violate it's open which is formulated by (high+low+open+close of the previous candle) DIVIDED by 4...... I think I can do bid of candle 0 > that formula and low of candle 0 > that formula but I don't know how to get the formula for the open into the strategy builder. Please see image attached. Hello bsbisme,
Thank you for your post.
In other words, you are looking to identify if the Open of the candle is equal to the Low of the candle?
You could use the HeikenAshi8 indicator to get these values from the Strategy Builder, then create a condition that checks if the value of the HA8Open[0] == HA8Low[0]
The HeikenAshi8 indicator can be found here: https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/use...heiken-ashi-8/
