DailyStopLossLimit + DailyTargetProfitLimit

Hello, I want to create something I don't know if this would be a strategy or another thing that's why I'm asking here to ninja developers, my aim is to create a software where I can set a stoploss limit and target profit limit via UI and for example if I set max stop loss 400 and I do some trades and it arrives to 400 (even if the order is still running) I'd like to cancel de order and block the account so user can not make more trades.

Anyone can guide me how can I start with this project please? Can I do it with the NinjaScriptEditor? It's a strategy? It's another thing?

The goal is to have a window where I can set the stop loss daily and target profit daily for an account on ninja trader 8, so for instance if I have Account 1 Account 2 Sim, and in Account 1 I do a stop loss of 400 then Account 1 will not work until next day, but Account 2 and Sim I can still work with them.
