Economic news source that works in backtesting?

Hello, does anyone know a good news api for c# that works in backtesting? I have found a few that work in real time, but for some reason can not pull the historical data when needed. I don't necessarily need the outcomes, just need to be able to tell ninjascript if there is news on that day, and preferably the impact of the news (something like forex factory has). Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post.

There are no supported/documented NinjaScript methods or properties for news that would work when backtesting a strategy in the Strategy Analyzer.

Typically news events are real-time only feeds.

Note that web scraping would go outside the scope of support we would be able to provide you with in the Support department at NinjaTrader but this could possibly be done using custom C# code.
