Order Canceled Alert

Hi, I'm looking to create an Alert or Strategy that initiates a reverse order when another order is cancelled.

For instance, if I'm running another strategy and it fails, I hear "canceled order" for a loss. At this point I want another order to be placed in the direction of the loss. Essentially a reverse of the original order that just failed.

Is there a way to do this with Alerts or the strategy builder? I am not a ninjascript writer, so I need to do this with the tools I have available to me.

Hello mmenigma

That would not be something the alerts or strategy builder could accomplish. To do that type of task you would need to use a manually coded indicator and the addon framework so you could monitor an accounts order status updates using the OnOrderUpdate event.
