hot keys not working

i have the hot keys recorded. but, for some reason they are not making the trades happen when i do them.

You posted in the strategy development forum, did you develop something that uses C# to detect keyboard input or are you asking about the platforms hotkeys menu?

thanks for the reply. oops, i meant to put this in platform technical support. i used tools then hot keys. so, its when i use chart trader.

Do you have the Tools -> Options -> Trading -> Use order entry hotkeys checked?
