Exported strategy works for a customer without activating the license

Hello, I offer my customers a strategy. I am already registered as a vendor with Ninjatrader and have also been sent the Ninjatrader vendor license tool. I have already installed this. Among other things, I also protect my file when exporting with the provider Agile.net. Now I test the exported file on another Ninjatrader interface and find that this strategy already works without my activation. Does anyone have any idea why this is?

Have you followed the instructions that are provided through your ecosystem contact to add the vendor licensing code into the strategies constructor? If you are having difficulty with that process please send an email to your contact with ecosystem support so that we can verify you are using the correct code in the strategy.

Yes to use the vendor licensing system you need to add the code that is provided in the vendor instructions into the strategies constructor. Making a protected export does not add the vendor licensing system, that only protects the code from being viewed. I would suggest to write in to your vendor support contact if you are unclear on how to add the licensing code into your strategy so we can provide more specific assistance.
