How to start a trade based on current open position

Is there a way using ATM or another way to for example
I bought into ES and if my current position is down $100 then buy another long position of ES. Is there a way to do that ?

In the Strategy Builder, for example, you could determine the desired conditions to submit your original entry order. Then, you could set a condition that checks the PnL of the current open position (Strategy > Unrealized PnL) and see if that is greater than or equal to -$100; if that condition is met, the action could be to place another buy order.
