Strategy Analyzer is missing random days of data

I'm trying to run strategy analyzer from 1-2-23 to 12-29-23 and some of the data is absent, such as the days between 11-17 and 11-30. I had this problem a few months (a year?) ago & NT told me how to fix it, as I recall, by deleting some files. Unfortunately I don't remember how to do that - I'll make better notes this time.

I would suggest to try opening a chart as a first step and make sure you can see those days in the chart. If you cannot you can use the chart to right click -> reload historical data to redownload the data. As long as you see the days in the chart you should be able to access them in the backtest.

We may have previously suggested deleting the cache however that would only help if those historical days are downloaded so doing the chart test first would be the best way forward. Once you reload historical data if you are still having problems you can exit NinjaTrader and delete the folder Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache. After doing that restart the platform and reload the historical data from a chart once again.
