    Stop didn't work

    Hi,

    I was seeing that stop order was placed and then it disappeared and trade didn't close. And after loop started with cancelling orders, which already are not existed.

    Thanks for your post.

    Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of your question, answers to all the questions below, and attach your log and trace files to your email by following the steps below so we may look into this matter further.

    In the subject of your email include "ATTN: BrandonH" and in the body of the email include a link to this forum post.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.?.?.?)​

    Is this a NinjaScript strategy that you programmed yourself? Or is this from a NinjaScript strategy programmed by a third-party developer?

    If you created the strategy, did you use the Strategy Builder window or NinjaScript Editor window to program the strategy?

    How are you submitting the stop loss order in question? Are you using Exit methods such as ExitLongStopMarket() or are you using Set methods such as SetStopLoss()?

    Are you calling CancelOrder() in your strategy?

    Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
