For what it's worth, I've experienced a similar issue. In my case, after reloading test results (after NT8 restart or after running another test in optimizer, then reloading previous test results). I figured out that the problem is that NT8 uses the default strategy properties when reloading test results. So, for example, if you run the test with 2 entries per direction but your default strategy properties are 1 entries per direction, the reloaded test will display results calculated for 1 entry per direction. No idea if this is related to your issue, but figured I'd mention it since NT8 support were clueless when I tried to troubleshoot this behavior in the past.
