Market Order Error "Order Identifier does not exist..."

My strategy uses a market order to enter using EnterLong(Quantity). I am not using any order objects or doing any order management. Just EnterLong to enter and ExitLong to exit. My orders are going through to my broker but I get an error message in NT8 saying "Order identifier does not exist or is not an active order...". Can you please explain what this means, when this message gets generated, and how I can prevent or resolve it?
