Intended trade not happening

I am trying to generate a trade based on action related to the prior candle. for example the attached images indicate entering a short position when the current candle bid price drops below the prior candles low price. however, the short is happening before that even happens. Any thoughts on where am i going wrong?

It looks like you are getting an undesired behavior because of your use of "If Any" in the dropdown menu:

This will check if any one of the conditions listed is true, and if so the action will get triggered. If you want both of the above conditions to be true to trigger an order, you will need to choose "If All" instead.
