RSI/ADX Strategy on Strategy Builder

Hello, I have tried using the strategy builder to build my RSI/ADX strategy but it doesn't work. I don't know how to make the strategy look at different time frames to paint an arrow on a lower time frame. The strategy is simple RSI crosses above 20 on two time frames and ADX is reading above 20, it should paint a buy arrow on the lower time frame of the chart. How can i do this eefectively on Strartegy builder?

In the Strategy Builder, an action to draw an arrow takes a value for "Bars ago" which would be the number of bars ago on the primary series. Any additional data series can be added for calculations via the Additional Data screen:

The action to draw would require you to determine the bars ago from the primary input series of the strategy. When you refer to a "buy arrow on the lower time frame of the chart" please advise more specifically what you are looking for; for example, are you looking to only have a drawing on the chart or are you trying to have a buy order placed on the lower time frame?
The Strategy Builder may also only submit orders to the primary input series and is not able to submit buy or sell orders on any added series. If you would like to work with multiple time frames and/or multiple instruments and have orders submitted to an added series, that would require an unlocked script in the NinjaScript Editor and can not be done in the Strategy Builder.
