Hi, I tried to insert a condition if Time Series = Time Value hh:mm & position long - exit position by sell order LMT. The backtest does not recognize the condition. Help? How can I fix it? Thanks.

We would need more specific details on what condition you made, if this is in the strategy builder we would need to see a screenshot of your set with the condition otherwise if this is in code we would need to see the code for the condition.
One note would be that if you are using a limit order that condition needs to remain true until the order has been filled, if you are checking if the time is equal to a single bars time and the order does not fill in that bar it will be expired. You can see if that is happening by turning on TraceOrders.
