Massive difference in Strategy result depending on tool used

Hi
How can there be such a massive difference depending on if the Strategy on the chart is used or the Strategy Analyzer.
As you can see I am using low resolution data aka. 1min. It is only for 1 month but almost all data points in the result are different.
This really makes the whole Strategy testing rather useless as I do not know which result is correct.

I would expect something is different between the chart and strategy analyzer.

Are you viewing Historical trades only in the Strategy Performance window from the chart? (Or have Real-time or Real-time & Historical been selected)

May we see screenshots of the Data Series window and Strategies window (to see the chart strategy parameters)?

Are you able to reproduce with the SampleMACrossover included with NinjaTrader?

Hello Sune,

The chart is using HeikenAshi bar type, while the Strategy Analyzer is using Minute bar type.
