SoundConverter Object Reference not set.......... error

I've been trying to get this sound converter code to work in a strategy, I have it working fine in an indicator but when I add the strategy to a chart, the attached error pops up multiple times. I cannot not see why I'm getting the error. "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object"

Assign a default string value for the input in State.SetDefaults.
