Watching stock and trading options from NT to brokerage account

So, I have an idea but not sure where to start and if it is even possible ....

I am connected to my Interactive Brokers account using Ninjatrader platform and getting live quotes. I have a watchlist of say 50 stocks. I want to watch them in real time for certain conditions to happen then enter long or short position by buying call or put option. Not just any option but one that is just under $2 a contract, for example, and at least 1 month to expiration.

Would this even be possible to achieve programmatically and if yes, how would you do it.

I don't expect a solution by any means, more like a direction or pseudo code at best.

There is a tracker that is causing the 404 errors from forum links.

Our IT team is aware of links breaking and they are looking into this. In the meantime, we have heard reports that using Ublock Origin Chrome addon can prevent the malformed links.
