Adjusting Targets

can I do the following?

I have a trigger that if hit creates an limit entry and two target exits but if the market falls before the limit entry is executed I want to manually lower the limit entry and the two targets without reloading the strategy.

This could be accomplished by using an ATM strategy inside of your NinjaScript strategy, because NinjaScript-generated orders are not meant to be manually manipulated but ATM strategy orders are abe to be manually modified. For more information on using ATM strategies in NinjaScript:

Otherwise, you could consider adding buttons that, when clicked, would programmatically modify the price of an order. The following reference sample demonstrates how to make UI modifications from an indicator to add buttons, and you could do something similar within your strategy then have the button click event method trigger a change in an order's price:
