price action in condition builder

Using the strategy wizard how do you create a condition where if price of the current bar closes below the lowest bar of the previous 10 bar period then enter short. Basicaly i want to look back over a series of bars and identify the lowest bar in that series and enter short if the current bar closses lower than the identified lower bar.

You can use the MIN indicator for that purpose. The condition would be Close Less than MIN and you would select 10 as the period for the MIN indicator.

Hi Jesse,
The min is not working as price never closes below the min line to activate a signal. What i am after is to be able to build in a range breakout condition.

Are you using the 1 bars ago value for MIN? If you are using 0 bars ago the current close will be included in that value, as soon as a new low is observed the MIn would report that because that would have been included in the lookback period.
