Exporting Historical Data Doesn't Include All Selected Dates

I'm trying to export some historical minute data from NT8 so that I can do some work with it outside of the platform for one of our systems. However, when trying to export data for NQ 12-23 for example, only the months for the current contract are exported, even if the dates I select are say from 2010-today

How do I export the continuous data for all bars since the start date? Reading through https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...?exporting.htm

But don't see any references of limitations to this export functionality. Can this even be done? How have other strategy developers been able to get a larger amount of data other than the current contract?

Thanks for your post.

When you select a specified contract month, such as ES 12-23, only data for that contract expiry will be exported when you export Historical data from the Tools > Historical Data window.

You could consider downloading Historical data for the continuous contract, ES ##-##, and the using that instrument to export Historical data for multiple contract expiries.
