Strategy Not Executing

I applied this strategy to an MNQ chart on my simulated account. It was supposed to enter a short position when RSI rose above 70. It did not execute. Attached below is the code for the strategy. When i plugged the strategy into the Strategy Analyzer it worked. Why is it not working now?

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.?.?.?)
• Do you receive an error on the screen after enabling the strategy? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
• What color is the strategy's name on the Strategies tab of the Control Center once you enable it?
