The following reference sample demonstrates how to make WPF/UI modifications to a chart, such as adding buttons to the chart toolbar or the Chart Trader:

You could create whichever buttons you desire, then have the action when the button is clicked tied to ATM strategy order submissions and modifications. For more information on working with ATM strategies programmatically from within a script, please see the links below:
