Not Enough Margin

Hi,

Why am I getting Not Enough Margin when I submit an OCO Order. Example I have 5,000 on the account, In my program strategy, I submitted a buy order for 4 contracts for NQ, after got filled, I tried to submit an OCO with Sell Limit and Sell Stop, my program will terminate and receive a error message not enough margin. I even tried in ATM Strategy in Chart Trader but also got this same error.

Please write in to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of your question regarding the Not Enough Excess Margin error message you see when submitting orders and one of our Platform Support technicians will be happy to assist you as soon as they are available.

Also, follow the steps below to include your Log and Trace files in your email so a technician may look into the error being thrown.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
