Simple HorizontalLine in Strategy does not appear on chart

Should this display a horizontal line on my chart at the open price of the current bar? It is not showing... is anything else required?

I tried that code and it does place a horizontal line on the chart. Are you applying the strategy directly to the chart and is the strategy enabled?
