Perhaps you misread my reply, I did say that looks correct for the HMA code.
The image you provided has a compile error, you have the incorrect code for CrossBelow. You can see how it should look in the help guide sample. You have a space in your code and are not using parentheses which is not valid. It needs to look identical to how its shown in the following page: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...crossbelow.htm
