Several errors after running strategy for a few days

I have received the attached errors after running an automated strategy. I have read that a "red card" can be due to insufficient funds but I definitely have funds for this. I don't know the exact order these happened so I'm not sure if one could be causing the others.

What can I do to address these?

    Hello Jeffsg605,

Do you continue to get the errors after re applying and restarting the strategy?

No, I am able to restart fine. I am running the same strategy on four different charts and only some of the charts get this error.

        Hello Jeffsg605,

I am not clear on your reply, after removing and re applying all strategy instances are you still getting errors? If so are you seeing that happen when you use some specific set of steps?

If you are still getting errors and have removed and re applied all strategies, are the errors coming from a strategy that you created or something which you had imported?

Sorry, I'll try to explain better.

          Yes

          No, see description below

          A strategy I created.

I created a strategy to automate Forex trading and I'm using Forex.com as a broker. I am running the strategy on four charts, AUDUSD, EURUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF. The strategy has successfully traded on each of these charts, correctly setting the stop and target. I run it on a home computer while I am at work and check it at the end of the day. A couple time I have come home to see the errors I mentioned above. It automatically disables the strategy on some, but not all, of the charts. It is also not the same chart each time. I am able to re-enable the strategy and it will continue working. Sometimes it trades successfully but sometimes I get these errors again.

There are no specific set of steps I can take to reproduce these errors. I am guessing it happens when a trade is executed because once I was entered into a long position but my stop and target orders were not processed, despite this working correctly several times before. Please let me know if you need more info/details on anything.

            Hello Jeffsg605,

For the red card error that is a native error from the broker so for that item you would need to reach out to the broker for more information on why that may be generated for one of the specific order you submitted. I also don't see any specific information regarding market identifier, if that is being listed in the log as part of the orders rejection under the native error that would also mean that is being sent by the broker. The best step to take would be to contact the broker to see why these rejections are happening and based on what they say you could adjust the logic as needed to accommodate those recommendations.

Understood, thanks Jesse, I will see what they say.

This error repeated itself today and I think its a little simpler. I got the error "404557585 ...trigger does not conform to distance requirements specified for the market"
What is a distance requirement? Did I try to set a stop too close to the buy price?

                  Hello Jeffsg605,

That is also a native error so I wouldn't have specific details on that. The market requirements would be based on the brokers settings. If the error specifies a substitution you can use that, otherwise you would have to contact the broker to get specifics on the reason that was triggered for that order.

This could relate to offset being used for the order as the error mentions a distance requirement. That could be either too close or too far away, if you trade very close to the market it may have been that it was too close or on the wrong side of the market.
