Generating Strategy from SuperTrend Indicator

Hi guys,

I am trying to simply create a long/short entry off the trend change of this indicator:https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/use...ng-indicators/

In the strategy builder, I couldn't figure out a way to select the trend change. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hello quicksandatl,

Are you referring to the AuSuperTrendU11 indicator?

I've added this to a chart and I am seeing that it plots a Trend plot with a value of1 or -1, seen from the DataBox.

You can compare this Value plot on the left to Misc -> Numeric value -1 or 1 in the Strategy Builder.

Thank you Chelsea. That was exactly what I needed to do. I wasn't even aware the DataBox provided info like that, so I'll know for next time
