Srategy Anaylzer only running one day

I have successfully traded a strategy that activates with profit and loss limitations and shuts off once it reaches one of these levels.

The problem is I dont know how to make it reset so I can test is in the strategy anaylzer.

What can I do to reset the strategy everyday so I can run all historical data on a backtest?

Running the strategy live should not have anything to do with running a backest in Strategy Analyzer. They are 2 separate processes. If you are having issues running your backtest, check your Logs to make sure there aren't any errors you're missing. Also make sure that you have the historical data for the instrument you are testing.

jaybedreamin is correct. Running a strategy live does not affect running a backtest on a strategy in the Strategy Analyzer.

The Strategy Analyzer is used to see how the strategy might have performed on past historical data.

When running a backtest on the strategy in the Strategy Analyzer, check the Log tab of the Control Center for any error messages that may occur. Also, ensure you have historical data for the instrument and the dates you are backtesting on. You could download historical data in the Tools > Historical Data window.
