Problems with exits

Hi, I'm still learning and trying to work through some issues.
I got a violation the other day because I didn't have enough initial margin when my trade went past 3:45. So I changed my strategy so it would exit at 3:45. Today at 3:40 it suddenly exited my trade and disabled the strategy. There was an error code saying something about not having enough initial margin to process an order.
I don't know why it would have made an order, or exited my position 5 minutes before I set it to! Does anyone know what could have happened? I wish I screen captured the error message now.

Although you did not get a screen capture of the error message, we should be able to look it up in your diagnostic files. Please send us an email containing your files as well as answers to the questions below. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default. Please include "ATTN Emily C" in the subject and body of the email and answer all of the following questions:

• What Order ID was assigned to this order? You can check in the Executions or Orders tab of the Control Center.
• What instrument (and expiry, if applicable) were you trading?
• Was this on a live or simulation account? If live, who is your broker?
