Round and add offset to stoch reading

Hi I need to get stoch reading and round it but then i need to add offset to 1 pt . So when i comparing last two readings last will be equal or higher

for example if stochD.[1] is 76 and stochD.[2] is 75 the expression will be as true. I just want a condition that previos [2] is equal or less then no more by 1 pt then [1]
stochD.[1] >= stochD.[2]

I'm not completely sure what you mean by adding an offset to 1 pt. Would RoundToTickSize() potentially meet your needs?
