I don’t know what else to do I hope you know what the problem is because it seems to be a data feed issue. Please help I don’t know what else to do!
I’m placing order from TradeStation that email orders to NinjaTrader, it works fine with a sim account and with One-up Trader Trail account but when I paid for an account with OneUpTrader and TopStep it does not work I get this error message:
No matter what I try, I’ve tried different trade Station Desktops names and still the same error!
I’ve tried two different Prop trader brokers OneUpTrader and TopStep still same error message:
When I use a sim account it works fine here is the log and orders:
The set up is very easy
Email setting in TradeStation – Here you can see the email is sent and received successfully.
