What conditions would cause the NinjaTrader to terminate a ATM strategy?

Hello,

NinjaTrader automatically terminated my strategy during a regular run and I would like to find out what conditions may have caused it to happen. Is it because of a CancelOrder() call? What else?

Hello, thanks for writing in. If any external order closes a position that a strategy manages, the strategy will be disabled. ATM strategies are automatically tied together in OCO, so any action that cancels the stop or target order will cancel each ATM order. Closing the position that the ATM is attached to will also cancel both the stop and target orders.

Hello Chris,

I experienced termination of my strategy and it was not caused by "external order closes a position that a strategy manages", and I was not using "stop or target", just simple limit order.
