Possible to dynamically code which panel an indicator is shown?

Hello,

I want to make an indicator display in the price panel by code or a new/set panel. I only need to do so once when the indicator starts (I'll have a checkbox in the indicator properties how it will display).

Is that possible, if so, is there a code example?

Hello, thanks for writing in. This was discussed here with an example of how to set a specific panel for an indicator added through a strategy that calls AddChartIndicator:

For just an indicator, The IsOverlay property must be set from State.SetDefaults, so unfortunately this can not be dynamically changed.
