Autotrade time range

Is there a way to implement a time trading range into my custom script using strategy builder? Example, if I only want the autotrader to make trades between 9:30am est and 4:00pm est.

For some reason, when you click on the link, it goes to page not found but if you copy the link and paste it into the address bar it works.
