Stop limit for stop loss in premrket trading

Hello,
I came across this note.
Note: The "Stop Limit for Stop Loss" will not apply to Equities or Forex instruments - if this property is enabled when trading a stock or forex instrument, Stop Market orders will be used, instead.
I understand this limitation. However, this is not helpful for ATM strategies for trading pre-market as stop orders are not executed outside RTH. Is there any solution? I suppose that it can be done inside Ninjascript. Any example is highly appreciated.

To submit a stop limit order you can use ExitLongStopLimit(), ExitShortStopLimit(), or SubmitOrderUnmanaged (in an unmanaged strategy).

Thanks a lot.
I checked the way described for unmanged strategy. However, I do not use a strategy. My order execution is submitted through an indicator that is attached to the Market Analyzer. Currently I am using managed ATM strategy set in the chart trader. Any simpler example on how to set unmanaged order execution using a custom ATM strategy inside an indicator that configured in the columns of Market Analyzer?

Your thread is posted in the Strategy Development section of the forums. This would imply you are developing a NinjaScript Strategy. (There is also General Development and Indicator Development if you are making a different type of script)

In this case, take a look at the ProfitChaseStopTrailIndicatorExample_NT8 example which demonstrates placing orders using the Addon approach. Also, below is a link to an indicator that identifies Atm instances.
